Normalmente alla mano.<br>E si manda in pezzi le uve &#8211; come si vede alla foto<br><br>La tradizione richiede, che la persona che fa la pigiatura dev\u00b4essere una vergine. Penso che a Fem\u00f8 non ci siano tante. Le donne alla foto sono figorante. Lo uso solamente se ho tante uve. Fermentazione alcolica<\/strong><br>Il mosto \u00e8 versato ai contenitori adatti, vasi vinari, le botte. Si mette il&nbsp;lievito (<em>g\u00e6r<\/em>) nel mosto e la fermentazione alcolica comincia. Lo succhero sta trasformato a alcol. Quando il processo \u00e8 finito il mosto \u00e8 diventato il vino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><em>Mosten tils\u00e6ttes g\u00e6r og den alkoholiske g\u00e6ring g\u00e5r i gang. G\u00e6ren omdanner sukkeret i druerne til alkohol. Dopo qualche mese di maturazione il vino \u00e8 stato imbottigliato. Il vino bianco \u00e8 pronto da bere subito. Il vino rosso migliora con l&#8217;et\u00e0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vinen lagres nogle m\u00e5neder og h\u00e6ldes s\u00e5 p\u00e5 flasker. Vinen er nu drikkeklar. Hvidvinen kan drikkes med det samme. R\u00f8dvinen bliver bedre af at st\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"alignfull has-text-align-center has-red-background-color has-background has-huge-font-size wp-block-heading\">In pratica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Nella classe ci sar\u00e0 spazio per le&nbsp;<strong>degustazioni enogastronomiche<\/strong><br><em>S\u00e5 bliver der tid til vinsmagning.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Vino danese \u00e8 diverso dal vino italiano, francese, spagnolo &#8230; I vini sono molto differenti.
